This cross-disciplinary course is designed as a workshop to help Junior standing students develop a solid sense of a “body of work” through research as well as development of their own cohesive series of multiple works, leading to creating a proposal for their Senior Thesis Projects. Students will write/update their artist statement, and put together a digital presentation of their portfolio which can be used for their Junior Review. The activities consist of in-class presentations, individual meetings, a research project, a creative project, possible exhibition and field trips, all delivered in-person.
