Graduate Studio 4 continues the instructional model from Graduate Film Studio 3. Practicum modules will address specific craft and aesthetic areas relevant to student thesis work, craft skills, and further development of their filmmaking vision.

This course is designed to foster a nuanced approach to finishing the graduate thesis project. As well as working together to finalize your thesis project, we will be developing language that articulates the ideas behind your film. Students will be placing their films, and projects, and ideas that fuel these projects, into the broader theoretical and material possibilities of a contemporary cinematic practice.
