Biomaterials are a rapidly growing area in industrial design, fashion, and architecture. Spores and bacteria are new design materials. This studio will explore the cutting edge of biomaterial research, as well as speculate on future products and technologies using current forecasts. We will experiment in designing our own materials, and model future scenarios of bio-integrated design processes.
