In this course you will develop your personal voice and prepare for Junior Reviews. Through individual one-on-one meetings, group critiques, and discussions, we will explore how to build a cohesive narrative about your work. You will develop your reel, artistic/director statement, and supplementary materials to create a presentation for your Junior Reviews. You will maintain on online journal that responds to prompts about your influences, goals, and conceptual and stylistic trajectories. Through group critiques and individual meetings, you will develop a language to describe and advance your work. During this course we will be focusing on your individual goals as an artist and filmmaker.
