Instructional Content Preservation Workshop
The Instructional Services and Technology (InST) team and Academic and Faculty Development offered the "Instructional Content Preservation Workshop" to support faculty in preserving and archiving digital instructional materials currently stored in CCA systems for future reference and use. This workshop demonstrated practical steps for exporting course content and instructional materials from key platforms such as Moodle, Panopto, MURAL, Google Classroom, Watermark (Student Evaluations), and syllabi export tools. AI Tools and Career Transition Workshop
Using materials gathered during the Content Preservation Workshops, this session introduced CCA’s FERPA-compliant Gemini for Education and NotebookLM for Education tools and explored how they could help faculty organize instructional and professional assets, identify strengths and themes across their work, and begin shaping materials for future opportunities such as CVs, cover letters, teaching statements, and professional narratives.
